It's that time again... Leaving Ezeiza Airport!
After 1.5 hours in terrible traffic with my new friend Fernando in the pouring rain, I made it to Aeropuerto Ezeiza. Got checked in in less than 5 minutes, and have 2 hours to pass in the airport. So now I'm sitting in the same seat I've sat in for the fifth year in a row, having a Quilmes (great beer!) and watching the craziness below. Goodbye Argentina! See you next year!!

In the wine cellar of La Casa de la Bodega
Tasting wine with the winemaker at La Casa de la Bodega, Cafayate, Argentina! Great wine here. Learned about a whole new type of white wine I'd never heard of before, Torrontes - a wine I like more than any Chardonnay I've ever had!

The one that did NOT get away...!
But then I put it back...
Flyfishing in the Mapuche land 1 hour outside of Junin de los Andes, on the Rio Malleo. Absolutely amazingly beautiful!

Volcano Lanin outside of Junin de los Andes
Made it to Junin de los Andes today, then went looking for places to fish. On the way we came across the Volcano Lanin with the setting sun.

Best picnic spot in the whole wide world!
On the Río Pichi Leufu about an hour outside of Bariloche. It is, quite possibly, the most beautiful place on earth...

Welcome f*ing home...
Wow! Welcome to Seattle. As we bend you over, we're sorry to say we
are all out of lube... BOTH of my bage were destroyed by Continental
Airlines. My brand new 1 day old bag, seen here, had the handle ripped
off. My other bag, a plastic clamshell that gad survived 4 previous
14,000 mile round trips, squashed like a bug and split into fragments.
The upshot? A $50 travel voucher.

Creepy empty airport!
This place was PACKED last year with thousands of people! It's kind of
creepy to see it this empty!
